Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a FeatherSort subscription. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
All sales are final. FeatherSort does not offer refunds on subscription payments, whether monthly or annual, once a charge has been processed.
We encourage you to make use of the 50-photo free trial available to all new users before subscribing. The trial requires no payment and is designed to give you a complete picture of the App's capabilities before any commitment is made.
Every new user receives 50 complimentary photo identifications at no charge and without requiring payment details. We strongly recommend using this trial period to evaluate whether FeatherSort meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period already paid. You will retain access to FeatherSort until the end of your paid period.
In the event of a verified billing error or duplicate charge on our part, we will correct the error promptly. Please contact us at billing@feathersort.com with your order details and we will investigate and resolve the issue within 5 business days.
